Chiaiolella e Vivara

the Chiaiolella district is the most westerly past of the island, facing Ischia. The row of houses looks into the bay, overshadowed by the S. Margherita hill. Today it is a harbour for pleasure bowls and the most crowded area during the summer with its promenade and bathing areas.

From Chiaiolella one can access the island of Vivara, an oasis of protected wildlife and visit is not to be missed, considering its wealth of vegetation and wildlife and its scenic beauty.
