ANIMALS
The pets, of small and it middle size, admitted only if preventively authorized, are under the direct custody of the owners and they must have provided of it enrols of vaccination. They cannot access the places of common use (space cafe, cliff in proximity of the sea ladder); inside the Residence they must be held to the leash. The owners have to handle the cleaning of the defecations of the same.

LAUNDRY
The bed and bath linen is furnished without surcharge; for who wants to stay more than a week the change is done usually on Friday (with the delivery of that used to the Reception and withdrawal of that cleaning up).

SECURITY
The guests have to take the maximum care of the apartment and the domestic equipments. Possible damages must be indemnified at the price of list (preserved in Direction). Á. guarantee of this the guests are kept to leave during their arrival a cautionary deposit of € 100,00. Such security will be returned to the departure in subordination to the verification of the state of the lodging.

EQUIPMENT OF THE LODGINGS
All the lodgings (equipped with warm and cold water) are delivered completely furnished and provided of gas stove, refrigerator-cafe, set of kitchenware, glasses, dish, pots, cups, coffeepot, etc., set of cleaning (broom, scrubbing brush, torn for floors and bucket). Inside of every lodging is exposed, together to the present Rule, a list of the equipments in endowment: possible found lacks must be signalled within the 24 hours to the Direction because handles their elimination.

GUESTS' NUMBER FOR LODGING
It is forbidden to entertain a superior number of people if they hadn't been reported before or if the typologies of the lodgings do not allow them to stay.

PARKING LOT
Motorcars and motorcycles must exclusively be parked in the spaces reserved to such purpose.

DEPARTURE
The departure has to happen within the hours 10.00 of the established day with the purpose to allow the personnel employed to the control of the state of maintenance and to handle the cleaning of the lodging. The Direction can authorize at night the departures or however out schedule, reserving to hold back the cautionary deposit and to send it through postal merit after having effected the control of the state of the lodging and relative equipments. The lodging must be leaved in order, without rubbish inside, the angle cooking cleaned and the dish washed. The not observance of everybody or part of these recommendations it will behave a deduction on the cautionary deposit.

CLEANING LOCAL
Final cleaning is anticipated, free but not that daily that needs to be done by the guests.

REFUSALS
The refusals must be deposited in the special containers exclusively set to the outside of the Residence in the timeframes pointed out by the Townhall of Procida.

RESPECT OF THE QUIET
The guests are begged to observe the silence in the hours of afternoon rest (from the 13 to the 16) and night time (from the 23 at 8 o'clock) and to respect, however, the quiet, for example avoiding the excessive volume of the instruments radio-TV.

VISITS
The visits to the guests of extraneous people to the Residence must be communicated to the Direction, that, for law, has to register them.
